I am a young stallion, born into a sacred forest. I was born pure blood guardian, meaning my duty when the elder dies is to take on his responsibility to be able to protect the forest. You see, my homeland, known as the Forbidden forest is divided into 4 smaller areas, all which are all protected by individual guardians. The north side is protected by a stag, Toru, whom is pretty new to the job as far as I am aware. He is a tracking trainer, able to pick up the slightest mark in the earth. The east side is protected by a bear, Urs, one whom is also know as our hunting trainer. The south side is protected by a wolf, Tenris, pure as anything amongst the forest. He is busy training an army for an upcoming war. This war is not decided fully yet, but the precautions must be taken. Then, there is the western elder, my grandfather, Alexander. He is a bay mustang, his trait going back a long way. My mother and father were also bay, though I was born pure black, with a single white star on my head. This colour was a shock to all the forestry for black was meant to be a bad omen. But, my mother told me on a stormy night that her mother was a black mustang. This gave me little relief. Shouldn’t I be a bay too? Shouldn't I have the same qualities as my parents? As I grew though, my colour coat begin to fade from my mind, it didn’t matter after all. I dreamed of becoming one of the soldiers in the war and wanted only to please the armies leader with my speed and agility. Though this still wasn’t possible for I was still of a very young age. This frustrated me, for I had what it took to be a soldier. I was able to carry a weapon and use it whilst in full run. I was able to block and attack swiftly, barely leaving a mark upon my body. I could run comfortably in armour. But Tenris shakes his head and tells me to come back when I am age enough. I sit around, kicking dirt and eating to make up time, maybe fighting another stallion if I am lucky. When a storm blew over the plains, urging a fight within, I could not resist a thought to creep in and move me.
I am a young, black war stallion, the greatest warrior that has ever hit history and this is my story. Follow me and I will lead you through the darkest of my journeys, through the laughters I shared, the friendships I have created and the challenges that made me who I am today. Climb aboard and hang on tight, for this ride will be the wildest of any dream.
